This is a beautiful rustic house, made from real wood, in a little village, next to the forest. It`s 4 kilometers away from Valisoara, 25 from the motorway A1 and 30 from Deva (county`s largest city). The house has half hectare garden, with fruit trees and natural green grass. A small stream goes between the house land and the forest. The house has 3 bedrooms ready for use (2 large, 1 medium size), a very rustic wooden terrace, a kitchen in the coverted barn, big storage place/garage, a bathroom inside which is curetly in work, a small wooden 2bedroom cottage next to the house which has to be refurbished(see in the picture a part of the wall broken down, there was an old broken stove, will be a large mirror there with the forest view- imagine to become an office), a large bacement, and an outside dry toilet. The kitchen, fully equipped, is large and have a good space for dining. Of course, it is some small work to be done around the house. We was concentrating more on the comfort, not on the image, but we are still doing things to make the place better.
The house is fully equiped with LED lights, so the electricity cost about 13-15euro/mounth in time of permanently living here(we are living permanently here), including a water pomp, electric cooker, electric heater sometimes and other devices like a sound system. The lights around the house and the barn are coming on/off by day/night sensor. The house has a metallic large consumer unit, including safe circuits for each part of the installation.
In the cold nights you can use the stoves and listen the wood burning. They work very well for heating and the wood is very cheap around(about 150euro for all winter). The house has new chimneys(3) and new stoves.
Are 3 access roads to the village.
You can go hiking, fishing, or travel to some beautiful cities in the near, and visit some sights/fortress or castles(ex. Hunedoara Castle).
The neighbors are very friendly, but it is a generous land/space between the house and their houses. You can buy from them fresh eggs, milk, cheese, onions, potatoes and other eco food products made by them. You can buy bread in the front of your house from a guy with a van who is coming twice a week in the village. Also, the rubbish truck is collecting the rubbish bins one in every two weeks, on Tuesday.
The house and the place can be turned in a hosting place, ex. AirBNB.
The nature around is beautiful, peaceful, quiet and green. We have built a fireplace in the middle of the land, where we enjoy the stars in the clear sky of the night, with a glass of red wine and few guitar songs. A lot of friends are coming in this place from the country and from abroad and they love it. Our dogs and the cat are having a lot of fun in this large playground for them (will be hard to say goodbye to this place).
The only thing will disturb you in the nights here will be the song of the crickets or the sound of the stream.
